The primary Windows mail server will be upgraded to the latest version on 20th October 2007 at 21:00 UTC (17:00 EST), the change will take approximately 30 minutes.
During this time email the secondary mail server will catch all email sent to so there will not be a loss in email services, however, users will not be able to download email or access the webmail interface until the primary mail server is back online.
The upgrade takes us to the latest version of Smartermail 4.3.2831 from the current version 4.3.2739 bringing new security and performance improvements. For those interested you can view the release notes at http://www.smartertools.com/Products/SmarterMail/ReleaseNotes.aspx
