1. When I try to log into webmail I get the error "Username not found with the password that was provided"
OR
2. I try to log into webmail but the logon screen keeps coming back emtpy.
Solution
1. Ensure that your username is your full email address, e.g. user@yourdomain.com, and that you are using the correct password. To reset your password you can use the control panel by navigating to Domains and choosing the domain the email address is associated with then choose Email Accounts (POP3). Select the email address that requires the password reset and enter a new password. Save and return the the Webmail to login.
2. Ensure that you have cookies enabled. We have found that when cookies are disabled some users get stuck in a logon loop and keep getting redirected back to the logon screen.
